Marinate chicken in orange juice and cracked black pepper for a few hours. Discard marinade. Coat chicken with Ski's Nice-n-Spicy Jamaican Jerk Rub. Grill, offset cook or smoke until completely done. Enjoy with wild rice and papaya salsa. Ya Mon!
